Libby makes me laugh when she does this while trying to sleep and eat because it looks so much like my dad when he naps and is trying to block out the world. Libby has learned the hand-over-the-eyes trick early.
Alas, we haven't seen Libby sleeping a lot these days. She's in the middle of a growth spurt, so she's a (fussy) eating machine. For Mom and Dad's sake, let's hope this phase goes quickly.

And by "quickly," you mean "in about three months or so," right? And do you really need more than 15 minutes of sleep in any 24-hour period? C'mon, lazy bones!
Good luck! This too shall pass.
Ah Libby has learned the fine arts of napping.
Good for her.
As soon as she has this movement down we will teach her more.
Grandma and Grandpa Kennedy
Ouch. Kelly knows how to burst a sleepless gal's bubble.
Martin, Kerry and Libby, we've really enjoyed your website and being introduced to little Libby. We can't wait to meet her in person! Can you email me, cmessmer@drew.edu, your address so that we can send her a little gift from Maine? take care of yourselves...love, Cathy and Bill
What a great photo of Libby! Before I even read the blog, I thought the picture looked exactly how her Grandpa Kennedy likes to sleep. She's allowed to sleep this way, as long as she doesn't begin acting like Grandpa. Your cousins can't wait to meet you.
Love, Aunt Kandi
