Since the peanut gallery has been complaining about the lack of posts (this means you, Kim and Alisa), I'm posting two entries today. It's a Libby bonanza!
So our fair Libby is quite the sitter. In just the last three days or so, she has really figured this sitting stuff out. She can reach for toys and balance herself and do all kinds of exciting things. I can't believe how quickly it happened. Just this weekend, she needed the Boppy to support her, or she'd plop over quickly. Now she sits just as regal as you please. Queen Elizabeth. With spit-up. Queen Elizabeth, Ruler of Reluxland.
So I was taking photos of her sitting, and we had a little impromptu photo shoot. I could not love these pictures more!
Thanks again to Evie and Sophie for generously sharing their hand-me-downs with Libby (both outfits in these pictures are theirs). I hesitate to even call them hand-me-downs; they're so pretty! In my day, I wore some f'ugly hand-me-downs, but Libby inherits the most adorable stuff.

"My Libby has a generous mouth." Ha. And her boy friends are going to love all that slobbering. She is really blossoming into a wonderful little girl and so cute. What do you mean you wore hand me downs? You are lucky you had two sisters ahead of you or you would have also been wearing boys hand me downs. Go Libby gal. Mom and Dad's days are about to change with a mover and getting into everything. You go girl.
Love you.

Hooray! New pics. She looks so cute. And regal indeed! I'm with your sisters--too few, not often enough. Keep posting!
She's sitting!?!?! Wait--how old is she now, 6 months? Good Lord. Was Ben sitting at 6 months? I highly doubt it... where's that baby book when I need it? My child wasn't even using his hands or arms until he was 8 months old (no joke). He didn't crawl until over a year, and didn't walk until nearly 16 months. I am very impressed with little Libby indeed! She'll be running laps around Ben in no time. : ) Look out, mama!

These pictures of Libby are absolutely adorable ... I can't wait to give her big kisses when we see you here in CA soon. I know exactly what you mean about how things happen so quickly ... almost overnight. She is sitting up like the big girl that she is. And look at how proud she is about it. So very sweet. Oh, we can't wait to see her live. xoxo Lor
She is beautiful! I would like a new picture every morning! My class likes to see new pictures on my computer screen background. They all give lots of compliments when I have a new picture.
Love you!
