Our Essential Being
Both the girls were sick today and reverted to their core self. I do the same thing. When I'm sick, all I want to do is sleep. When Libby's sick, all she wan'ts to do is watch TV. When Emma's sick, all she wants to do is eat.

I'm so sorry that the kids are sick! I hope they feel better soon.
That said...I'm entirely unconvinced that the consumption of technology can be part of anyone's "core self."
