Walker!

Rachel and Katie were over this afternoon. Libby was standing alone and balancing herself (as she loves to do these days), and Katie, who was a few feet away, held her arms out for her. Little Libby walked right on over, much to our delight. I can't believe my little girl's a walker!

She has repeated the feat a few times over. Alas, I have yet to get any pictures.

I'm so glad that Katie and Rachel were here. I was positive it was going to happen when we were alone, and I'd have no one to share the experience with. Since Daddy's gotten home tonight, she's repeated her trick for Daddy a few times. Hurray!

Friends, life--as we know it--is about to change all over again. What a ride!

My goodness, little girl!! You are on the move...which is a good thing because you'll need to get away from me when I come home and smother you with kisses! Woohoo!!

Go, Libby! Go, Libby! See...she'll be able to fetch bottles and diapers and such when Baby #2 arrives. Piece o' cake.

I shall also teach her to fetch my bonbons. Life shall be smooth sailing.

What exciting news.......Libby walking! These are such precious moments! We can just see Alejandro chasing her, so he can pull her ponytail! He will be out number with all the adorable girls, what a lucky little boy. Lots of love and kisses, Yiayia and Papou

Oh, Kerri. I know where you're at. Dog tired and just want to sit and relax — but little Libster's on the run! ... Good for her, but hard for the prego mommy. ... Believe me, though, that in a couple of months when Baby No. 2 arrives, you'll be glad you don't have to carry both of them ALL the time. Now, I suggest getting her to practice going up and down those steps, 'cause those are the worst with two in tow! ... Can't wait to see you guys again. (Soon?!?!?)
